Landscape Maintenance Crew
Starting at $25/hr + overtime
Maintain some of Greater Pittsburgh's most distinctive residential and commercial properties while developing your skills with an experienced team.
Good fit for someone who:
Has experience with mowing, trimming, blowers, or landscape maintenance
Is dependable and comfortable working outdoors
Has a valid driver’s license
Takes pride in quality work

Landscape Team Leader
Up to $27/hr + overtime
Lead crews, deliver high-quality landscape maintenance, and grow into greater responsibility within the company.
Good fit for someone who:
Has 2+ years of landscape maintenance experience
Has experience leading or supporting crews
Is comfortable with trucks, trailers, and equipment
Communicates well and takes ownership of the work

Competitive Pay
$25–$27/hr
Depending on role and experience
Plus overtime at time-and-a-half
Approximately $52,000–$56,000+ annually before overtime, based on 40 hours/week

Landscape Maintenance
Maintain high-end residential and commercial properties with a focus on detail, consistency, and presentation.
Landscape Installation
Install plant material, beds, trees, shrubs, seasonal color, and finished landscape environments.
Hardscape + Outdoor Construction
Help build patios, retaining walls, walkways, outdoor living spaces, and other custom landscape features.
Property Enhancements
Take part in upgrades, seasonal improvements, specialty projects, and ongoing property transformations.
No two days have to look exactly the same.
Depending on your role, you may work across landscape maintenance, horticulture, construction, equipment operation, installations, and property improvements.
